Review 2 - Bubble Gum Pop Rocks

Ok, so we all know that urban legend about soda and Pop Rocks...but, unfortunately I'm too lazy to get up and try that, so instead I'm going to be reviewing Bubble Gum Pop Rocks.

As you may or may not be able to see the little blue circle on the package says 'Turns Into Gum' Well...not exactly. Basically, it's tiny chopped up pieces of bubble gum coated in Pop Rocks.
Here, let me show you...

The white things are bubble gum and the pink things are Pop Rocks. The silver thing is a limited edition Pop Rock flavor called-No LOL It's just my tongue stud.

I am trying to decide if I like them or not...

OOh!

I think I do!

Yes, folks...Bubble Gum Pop Rocks are delicious.
Go buy some!

Giant Valentine's Day Cupcake

Jim bought me this giant Valentine's Day cupcake at Kroger's bakery.
It was twenty times as good as it looks.
Yes, it's possible.
It was roughly the size of three regular cupcakes.
I miss it.
=(

Red Lobster=Appetizing

This is the appetizer we had at Red Lobster. Mozzarella sticks and clam strips. The clam strips were delicious. I mean, they were so good I probably scarfed down most of them. If you go there, I highly suggest the clam strips.

Mmm...Cookies!

I made chocolate chip cookies tonight and think I found the right balance of every ingredient..FINALLY! I've been having a hell of a time getting things just the way my brother wants them. He loves cookies and I've just wanted him to have them the way he wants them, because I loveses him thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiisssss much! <3
They turned out nicely! I used mini chocolate chips and shortening in place of butter.

And...I made my brother a giant cookie! [1/3c measuring device there for comparison]

The big cookie was just a hunk of cookie dough that wouldn't make an entire batch, so I thought it would be neat to make Jim a big cookie. I think he was happy about it!

[See recipe by clicking post title. All I did was use shortening in place of butter and left out the nuts. Have a look around the VBB site, it has some delicious recipes!]

"Healthified" Lasagna

[Remember to click on the title of the post to see the recipe. If that doesn't work, click here]

Ok, so the picture doesn't look so appetizing, but it tasted yummy. It also stayed together really well and cut easily. There were some complaints about not enough sauce, but I thought it was good with one jar. However, if you decide to try this recipe and you're a sauce lover, you might want to try another cup to cup and a half of sauce.
